2014 Phenotypic Data Analysis

Advances in assay technologies have led to increased amounts of multivariate data being produced by phenotypic drug discovery programs.  Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s Inaugural Phenotypic Data Analysis meeting will address the technologies and approaches for interpretation of phenotypic screening assay data, normalization and integration of phenotypic data from diverse platforms, and pathway analysis and target deconvolution.

Topics include:

  • Normalization and analysis of multivariate drug discovery data
  • Data analysis and interpretation from phenotypic screening assays
  • Data integration from different platforms
  • Pathway analysis and target deconvolution from phenotypic data
  • “Big data” analytics applied to phenotypic drug discovery
  • Informatics solutions to multiparametric high-content data

Deadline for priority consideration is April 18, 2014.

All proposals are subject to review by the Scientific Advisory Committee to ensure the overall quality of the conference program. Please note that due to limited speaking slots, preference is given to abstracts from those within pharmaceutical and biomedical companies, regulators, and those from academic research centers. Additionally, as per CHI policy, a select number of vendors/consultants who provide products and services will be offered opportunities for podium presentation slots based on a variety of Corporate Sponsorships.
